Non-Refundable Services

The following payments are non-refundable:

• Consultation fees
• Visa processing service fees
• Study abroad advisory fees
• Immigration advisory fees
• Documentation assistance fees
• Any service already commenced by Jada Sky Travels

Third-Party Payments

Embassy fees, visa fees, biometric fees, airline charges, hotel charges, insurance fees, and other third-party payments are governed by the policies of the respective service providers.

Any refund from such providers will be subject to their terms and conditions.

Flight Ticket Refunds

Where refundable tickets have been purchased, refunds will be processed according to the airline’s fare rules and timelines.

Administrative charges imposed by airlines may be deducted from any refund.

Visa Refusal

Professional service fees paid to Jada Sky Travels remain non-refundable regardless of visa approval or refusal.

Duplicate Payments

Duplicate or erroneous payments may be refunded after verification.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–21 business days depending on the payment method and financial institution involved.
